I made a reservation last week to come in on Monday for my regular service due. Also had several other things done and as usual, the service was excellent. Everyone at Rob'e Man's is always courteous and most helpful.

The service is always very good, the waiting atmosphere pleasant, and they get you in and out as fast as possible. Plus a ride somewhere if you need it.

Enjoyed working with the gentlemen at the front desk. I'm one of the customers that things didn't go right, it's wasn't their fault. They work through my vehicles multiple problems. I think now I have a reliable vehicle. I probably will bring it back more often than waiting until the wheels are falling off. I have another vehicle and I'll bring it to them.

I went to this place today with a car key/fob that had been glued together by the previous owner due to the high cost of a new one. The remote has not worked since I bought this Lexus and I have gotten the run around from several local auto shops and other auto service shops would not even answer the phone! Rick, you are wonderful! This guy did exploratory surgery on my key fob, changed the battery, put it back together and told me Merry Christmas. I cannot thank you enough! Go see these guys. They are the best!

I have been a happy patron of Rob'e Mans since 2009 and would recommend this company to other potential customers without reservation. My experience here tells me that the company is highly competent and trustworthy. I've never been persuaded to purchase any service that wasn't necessary, and the accuracy of both diagnosis and repair have been remarkable and reassuring.

You guys are always great, which is why I keep coming back. I particularly appreciate your recommendations for other service providers when there is something you can't do (doesn't happen often). In particular I appreciate your thorough review of the problems I give you and your opinion as to whether or not it is worth it to fix a problem based on the status of the vehicle.
