I have dealt with many service departments over the years and I have to say hands down that this was the single best experience I have had. Everyone involved was easy to deal with, very respectful, and extremely diligent about making sure that I was satisfied. They inspected my car, communicated the findings and did everything they could to make sure that I understood the problem and what would be necessary to fix it. Rick and everybody there was extremely professional and made what would be a bad situation with the needed repairs less painful and I walked away pleased with their recommendations and support. Thanks for a great experience!!! I will be binging all of my future business to your professionals!

I just started using Rob'e Mans in June of 2016. Being a single lady with limited funds, you constantly have to be careful of being taken advantage of. My 1st visit was effortless. I e-mailed to schedule the appointment, dropped off my car over the weekend and within record time, Kenny called me with the estimate for repairs of a used Lexus just purchased. He was very professional and courteous. He e-mailed the report to me so that I could examine it and the overall condition of the entire vehicle. I was quite surprised that it didn't need more work. He mentioned several things that would need repaired in the future, but were fine at this point to leave as is. Two weeks later, I took it back in at their request as a follow-up visit. This time Rick called me back to give me the report. He took time to explain things to me and he too was very professional, courteous and informative. They have certainly educated me. The car has been running great! They have really great techs! Just before Christmas, I had to take it back in with a major problem. I was devastated at the news! But Rick & Kenny went Above and Beyond to help get me back on the road! They were a true blessing to me and I can't "Thank" them enough! Both of them have always made me feel more than comfortable. They really do care about their customers! What Wonderful Guys to work with !!!!!!

Roger was exceptionally helpful with exploring options for a complete disaster taking place in my car's engine. Went above and beyond relative to service, exploring options and giving me a call back to talk through. Obvious effort to help, focused on my problem, and very responsive. Great service.

Robe's has been doing it right for many years now. Gosh, maybe 15 years ago, I had my old Accord worked on there. I came to pick it up on a hot summer evening after hours, and it wouldn't start. I called the phone number on the invoice, and amazingly somebody answered the phone. (Expectations already exceeded.) The gentleman said he knew exactly what the problem was (the main relay...common fault on these cars), made a special trip back to the shop, and fixed it on the spot. More recently, we had my wife's Odyssey worked on. They easily could have sold us a $700 power steering pump replacement, but instead they told us that there was a recall on this part and that we should take it to a Honda dealer for a free replacement. They also could have sold us $1700 in shocks that I actually asked to be replaced, but they checked them out and said they were fine. (Actually still not sure about that, guys.) That's how it's done and that's why I'll always have my Hondas serviced at Robe's.

On a Thursday, my wife noticed her 2007 Honda CRV was pulsating when she pressed the brakes and we were about to leave town Friday to visit family. I called and spoke with Kenny at Rob'e Mans and he got our car fixed that day! I specifically appreciated the excellent customer service Kenny showed and the clear communication exchanges between myself and the service team. They broke everything down for me in a way that I could understand and allowed me to make a decision based on my car's needs and not a high ticket average.
