I have dealt with many service departments over the years and I have to say hands down that this was the single best experience I have had. Everyone involved was easy to deal with, very respectful, and extremely diligent about making sure that I was satisfied. They inspected my car, communicated the findings and did everything they could to make sure that I understood the problem and what would be necessary to fix it. Rick and everybody there was extremely professional and made what would be a bad situation with the needed repairs less painful and I walked away pleased with their recommendations and support.
