Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation because they are super convenient to me. They said that I needed rear brakes and that it could be done in the same time frame. When the guy on the phone (Rick) realized that he accidentally misquoted the price (lower than it actually was), he apologized and gave me a coupon that actually made it lower than the original quote! And he did so before I even reacted or asked. That's awesome! Thanks guys!
