Wonderful experience and I leave feeling like my car is fixed well. My only knock is the labor costs. They seem higher, however I do feel like the car was repaired well.

You know a repair shop is good when they have repeat customers like me. I was so glad to find an individually owned shop that worked on Hybrids. I have been ripped off by Dealerships, especially with their inflated prices. Rob'e Mans is just as fair with a woman as they are with a man, that's hard to find.
