Very helpful and accommodating. I had to leave my car on their premises a few extra days because I was out of town, and they didn't object. All the charges were explained in full before I picked the car up. I'll definitely keep using Rob'e Mans.

A piece of plastic under my car began dragging on the ground while I was out in downtown Homewood. I was able to drive up walk in and they were able to quickly clip it back up. So nice and helpful!

Normally, I'd have nothing but great things to say about a visit here. I've had cars serviced well here for years. This week while having some minor service on a vehicle, I had some difficulty with a part being replaced, and being charged for it, that I explicitly indicated that I did not want replaced. I was pressed for time when I picked up the vehicle, so I didn't push hard at the time to have the charge removed from my bill, but I did grumble about it. I was also surprised that there was no offer to reduce or remove the overcharge (maybe involved $20-40). I recommend that you be very careful with indicating exactly what services you want performed.

My daughter is a college student and needed car repair work recently. She had gone to several other mechanics and felt they were taking advantage of her. When she went to Robe Mans she was treated respectfully and was able to get her repairs done well at much less cost than expected. As parents we're thankful to have a car repair shop that is competent and honest.

Went in for a quick oil change and was able to schedule first thing in the morning. I received inspection of my car and made aware of some things that will need attention soon. They also discovered a nail in one of my tires which they repaired for me. Fast, courteous and professional.
