Normally, I'd have nothing but great things to say about a visit here. I've had cars serviced well here for years. This week while having some minor service on a vehicle, I had some difficulty with a part being replaced, and being charged for it, that I explicitly indicated that I did not want replaced. I was pressed for time when I picked up the vehicle, so I didn't push hard at the time to have the charge removed from my bill, but I did grumble about it. I was also surprised that there was no offer to reduce or remove the overcharge (maybe involved $20-40). I recommend that you be very careful with indicating exactly what services you want performed.
