2013 Mercedes C250, wifes car, was leaking antifreeze. Setup appointment and that day had freezing weather. Sent request to reschedule and the following week had service completed. Received several progress texts and final Ready text same day. I'm happy and wife is happy!! Actual charges were less than I expected so very good deal!!
