This place is the best auto service shop in Birmingham ! Customer service is absolutely excellent! My wife’s car was making a really loud noise after we replaced the tires. One dealership couldn’t find anything wrong. I took it to express oil change and they said my struts were bad and gave a quote $2100. I took it to this place and they found I had 2 bad wheel bearings and begin to repair it the same day. Problem solved . I will not take my car to any where else for repairs but Rob’e Man’s !

Recently we discovered that our 2004 Lexus LS 430 had a headlight out. Replacing the bulb revealed a deeper problem. The ballast was defective. Since that is a difficult repair, we went to Rob'e Mans. They evaluated the problem, found the needed part, and gave us a quote for repairs. After we agreed to the quote, the part was ordered and upon receipt the work was scheduled for one full day. We dropped the car to them at 7:30 AM. During the repair process they discovered that the car design did not make the job easy. Several additional hours of labor were required to complete the task. They completed the repairs in the day as promised, and we had the car in time to make our evening appointment. Even with the additional labor that was required, the charge was as quoted. Rob'e Mans was completely professional, highly competent, and reliable. We certainly recommend them for car repairs and service.

Great guys at Rob’e Mans - they give you a full report on what repairs are urgent and which you can do later on. They do great work and don't recommend repairs that aren't needed. Big fan of the shuttle service to take you where you need to go while your car's in the shop.
