This was my first time at Rob'e Mans and my experience, starting from my initial call, all the way to my final walk out of the door was great. The waiting room was nice---for it not to be a dealership---and they instantly got bonus points when my service agent noticed my key battery was dead and offered to put in a new battery. Not only did they fix my AC---thank you Jesus!-- they informed of me of some work I already knew I needed to have done. It was a very assuring experience. I really felt like they had my best interest at heart, in regards to helping me keep my vehicle in good shape. Rob'e Man is A-1 in my book.
