Exceptional service as always! Have used Robe Mans for years with several other vehicles and wouldn’t trust my new 2020 4Runner with anyone else, even the dealer I bought it from. Personal service (they always greet me by name as soon as I walk in the door!) and always the same techs that have worked there for years. I have been taking my cars to Rob’e Mans for several years. They have been consistently honest and do excellent quality work.

We are from FL driving a Lexus GX 470 and our air suspension went out. Called several repair places including Lexus dealer and Robemans were the only guys that were responsive, diagnosed the problem over the phone and offered a quote for repairs. When I went in for repairs on Monday they completed the repairs two hours sooner than promised and honored their original phone estimate and offered an unheard of 2 yr warranty on repairs. These guys are best I have ever encountered. Wish I lived in Birmingham!

Took my repair right in and even provided transportation to and from my home. Finished the repair quickly. They answered my questions and told me about the service they could provide to evaluate a possible used car buy.

This has been my place of choice for almost 20 years for taking my Honda. Great customer service, but more importantly it is done correctly and I wouldn't care if they were rude and could fix it where others didn't. I once took my old civic to three different mechanics and spent no telling how much to NOT even get the problem fixed. Then someone recommended this place, saying that it could be pricey, but well worth it. Rob'e Manz knew immediately what the issue was and it cost less for them to do it than for me to take it to three separate cheap mechanics. Back in the day I think they specialized in Honda only, but now they do other types. Highly recommend them

1st time customer and was very pleased with the service provided. I own a 2007 Lexus 460L and has always taken it to the dealership for maintenance and thankfully only a few repairs. I was referred to Rob'e Mans Automotive for unfortunately a large repair that was needed. So glad that I did. Very professional, great customer service and good communication. Plus my girl (my car) is running like her old self again. Will definitely be using them again.
