New to the area I was in need of service in my RAV4. I searched online for service options. Based on customer reviews I selected Robes . Upon arriving tech checked my brakes which was my main concern. As part of the service they did a full review of my RAV. I waited while they serviced the car. The review was sent in a text. Every item noted with part $ and service $. Items were colored coded. Red meaning immediate attention and green good condition. You could just advise which items you wanted them to service. I elected to have all items serviced. They offered a shuttle to anywhere while I waited. I passed. Room was clean and comfortable. From start to finish it was 2.5 hrs. While waiting I listened to the conversations on the phone with customers. I was impressed how the customer was treated. Sensitive to the service vs expense I was impressed. No pressure just letting customers know the facts and working with them. That alone earned an outstanding rating. I will be bringing my car for future repairs. They believe in preserving the car you have and dont make you feel inferior. I love my RAV 2011 and they gave it the LOVE it needed.

I have used Rob'e Mans for at least 15 years for Toyotas and Acuras. The service is always excellent and prompt.

I had a great visit to Robe Mana to get my car serviced. I was able to get a ride to and from my Birmingham destination before and after the car was serviced. I knew there was a lot to be done this time and was a bit concerned that the work would not be done before the return ride was not available, but that was not a problem thankfully. The service has always been prompt and the people so pleasant to deal with, as well as good about answering any questions about the service. There is a potential problem with an axel on the car which the staff has been keeping an eye on and updating me at each service. I really appreciate their help with this. I recommend Robe Man to anyone I know looking for a reliable and helpful place to get their car serviced.

We had a doctor 's appointment in Homewood. Our home is out of town. On the interstate about 30 minutes out our car engine light with other lights came on. It was very important that my wife made the appointment so we drove 30+ minutes we much uncertainty about our car. While at the doctor's office I needed to have my car checked. At random, I called called Robemans and talked with Kody Myers, Service Advisor and explained my situation and concern. Kody expressed that they were extremely busy but told me to get my Lexus to them asap. I did Later that afternoon Kody called me and said they found the problem and that we could drive home. This business could not have been any nicer and concerned more to help us to confidently drive our car home. I highly recommend Kody and Robemans. If I lived anywhere in the Birmingham area they would have my business. 5 stars to a wonderful business.

Great service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the time I booked my service till the time I finished. They also did a follow up to make sure everything was to standards. There was no pressure to perform additional services but they did offer advice on possible future shortcomings. I will definitely use them for all my future auto repair and services.

Had my brother's 2010 Nissan Altima towed in to Rob'e Mans Automotive after sitting for 2 years. Rick said he would have it diagnosed, we went with his recommendations. Now we're back on the road!!!
