As has always been my experience at your service center, everything was handled very professionally by every person I had contact with today. I was treated with the utmost respect and was left with the impression that my small amount of business with Robe's Mans was important. Car was ready when proomised. Except for windshield wipers - this was correct immediately. All in all, it was an good experience - I will be back when the time is right. I cut the star in half because we can always improve.

The service at Rob'e Mans has been just super. Allen is so nice and looks for ways to save me money. He informed me of a recall for my vehicle which I took to the dealer and saved me about 400 bucks. He could have just fixed it and taken my money, they didn't even charge me for this. I won't go anywhere else.
