Talking about what we found wrong with this Toyota Prius: the car horn constantly goes off with start up.

2002 Toyota Prius with a P3030 "High Voltage Line Snapped"code present. We found corrosion on all of the hybrid battery terminals which caused a very large amperage draw on the battery ECU. We also found corrosion inside the connector of the computer which ultimately caused the connector to burn and split. We replaced the wire harness and battery ECU and the car was good to go.
