I've brought my car in for servicing at Rob'e Mans four or five times in the last two years and I've always had great service. The help at the customer service desk has been great (friendly, helpful, reliable). Last summer I had one of those infamous "weird car sounds" and I brought my car in. The technician drove it around, heard no noise, and could not find anything amiss. The sound seemed to go away on its own. Was not charged for this (unusual for most places).
